Description
This draft Commission Delegated Regulation concerns the rules on how to calculate the rates for recycling efficiency and recovery of materials of waste batteries for the purposes of Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 concerning batteries and waste batteries. It also contains rules for the verification of the rates for recycling efficiency and recovery of materials of waste batteries, and the format for the documentation.
