Description
This draft Commission Implementing Regulation concerns an amendment to Commission Regulation: (EU) No 321/2013 concerning the technical specification for interoperability relating to the ‘rolling stock — freight wagons’ subsystem of the rail system in the European Union (‘WAG TSI’) in order to transfer technical requirements that apply to wagons within the scope of the interoperability directive (EU) 2016/797 from the European treaty on the international transport of hazardous substances by rail to the WAG TSI to ensure that such provisions are subject to the authorization process as laid out in the interoperability directive.
