Description
This draft Commission Delegated regulation is specifying how the recycled content of lithium, nickel, cobalt and lead shall be calculated and verified in relation to the requirements and minimum shares of recycled content in industrial, electric vehicle, SLI and LMT batteries set out in article 8 of the Batteries Regulation.
