This draft Commission Implementing Decision requires Member States to designate and make available radio spectrum in the 116-260 GHz frequency band for several categories of radiodetermination applications, on a non-interference and non-protected basis, subject to specific technical conditions. The technical conditions are laid down in the technical annex.
