Description
This draft Commission Implementing Regulation is setting out rules for a harmonised implementation of the labelling requirements in Articles 7 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542. Article 7 deals with the carbon footprint label and Article 13 deals with all other generic marking and labelling requirements for batteries.
